What is your return policy?

Guarantee
All of our workmanship is world class and if applied correctly, our products will last for 5-7 years under normal circumstances.

All of our web orders are reviewed by a highly trained order entry staff dedicated to providing you with the quality and satisfaction expected from an industry leader.

***Note –Settings on monitors, devices etc. can vary from one to another and colors shown on products are representative of the actual colors used. If in doubt please contact us for a color sample – color samples will be shipped prior to order for a $10 fee that will be applied toward your purchase.

Changes or Cancellations
Buyer must first obtain Graphix Unlimited written consent. If Graphix Unlimited agrees, a cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellation fees are calculated based upon our current billing rates and at which stage the order is in with a minimum of $150 for a standard order.

Returns
All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. No returns accepted without authorization from a Graphix Unlimited representative. We reserve the right to accept or reject any returns. A return authorization is required. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

When will my products be shipped?

Depending upon the product you have ordered. Most items like laptop covers, wall legendz, business cards and banners allow 2-3 weeks. Vehicle graphics and wraps allow 4-6 weeks to complete the design, production and installation process.  If you need something sooner… please call us, we will work with you on the time frame.

What payment methods do you accept?

We’d be delighted to take your check, credit card (MC, Visa or Discover),  PayPal or cash.  Since our work is custom to your order, we do require full payment before we process your order.

How do I order?

Some products can be ordered from our website, however most of our products are custom. Fill out our Contact Us form or call our office, you will be connected with a member of our friendly sales staff to work with you on the design and installation process.

I have an idea but I need design help.

No problem – we have graphic designers on staff with years of experience. We can work with your photos and designs or our graphic artists can help you make your vision a reality.

Can you match something I’ve already had printed?

Our process and images may be slightly different than some of our competitors. That means your order may not look exactly the same as something you’ve had printed before. However, with our brand new, high-tech presses and talented art staff – it is likely to look a lot better!

I’m not in your area, is that a problem?

Not at all. We can do the quotation and design via e-mail or phone, supported by conference calls and/or on-line meetings as necessary. You have full approval and proofing power. For the installation, depending on the product you choose, we may recommend an installer. (Information on what products are recommended for professional installation is included in the product area.)

How does my vehicle get wrapped?

If you are in our area, Graphix Unlimited will wrap the vehicle at our location. Outside of our area, we recommend technicians in all the major metropolitan areas.

Can I put on my own vehicle decals?

Yes. Other options include: 1) if you are near us, schedule a time to come in and we’ll do the install; 2) we can recommend an installer in your area; or 3) we’ll even come to you (travel expenses extra.)
